This policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and regulates the return and refund procedures for purchases made from our company.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. Remote or off-premises purchases :
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized (art. 59).
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication via email or registered mail within the deadline, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
1.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Exclusion of Returns and Complaints for Installed Products
2.1. Returns or complaints relating to products already installed will not be accepted, except in the case of proven defects of conformity (art. 128-135).
- The customer is invited to carefully check the products upon delivery, checking for any visible defects or discrepancies compared to the order.
2.2. In the event of defects found before installation , the customer must report them within 7 days of receipt, sending photographic documentation and details of the problem encountered.
2.3. Installation of the products implies acceptance of their quality and conformity. Therefore, any complaints after installation will not be accepted.
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
3.1. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer has the right to repair, replacement, or refund, as provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
- The request must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the defect.
3.2. Our company reserves the right to verify the reported defect before proceeding with the requested remedy.
4. Conditions for Accepting Returns
4.1. Products must be returned:
- In original condition, complete with packaging, accessories and documentation.
- Not used, damaged or modified in any way.
4.2. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return and after verifying the condition of the product.
5.2. In the event of a partial or total return, any initial shipping costs will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.
