Code of Ethics

1. Introduction and Values

GTILES S.R.L. (hereinafter the “Organization”) operates in the wholesale trade of building materials. This Code of Ethics defines the principles of honesty, transparency and responsibility that guide the company in its relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.

2. Environmental Sustainability (ISO 14001:2015)

In line with certificate no. 26041402, the Organization undertakes to:

  • Reduce the environmental impact of logistics activities at the Casalgrande site.

  • Monitor and minimize waste and energy consumption.

  • Qualify suppliers also on the basis of their environmental commitment.

3. Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001:2022)

In compliance with certificate no. 26041403 and the Statement of Applicability (SoA) Ver. 1.0 dated 10/01/2026:

  • All company information is treated as a strategic asset to be protected.

  • Collaborators are required to respect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of company and third-party data.

  • The use of IT tools must strictly follow internal security policies.

4. Relationships with Human Resources and Safety

GTILES guarantees a safe working environment that respects individual dignity and is free from any form of discrimination. The Organization invests in continuous training to ensure the professional competence of its personnel.

5. Relationships with Third Parties and Logistics

The selection of business partners is carried out according to criteria of quality and reliability. GTILES gives preference to material suppliers that comply with high ethical and environmental standards.

6. Digitalization and ICT Ethics

Within the scope of digitalization processes and the use of public funds, including grants and tenders:

  • GTILES ensures the transparent use of the contributions received.

  • ICT technologies, such as CRM and Cloud systems, are used to improve customer service and operational traceability.

7. Relationships with the Public Administration and Legality Rating

The Organization operates fairly and transparently with the Public Administration.

For the maintenance of the Legality Rating:

  • Any form of corruption or undue advantage is prohibited.

  • All financial transactions are traceable and documented.

8. Conflict of Interest and Protection of Company Assets

Collaborators must avoid situations involving conflicts of interest. Company assets, including vehicles, PCs and equipment, must be used exclusively for the intended work-related purposes.

9. Communications and Continuous Improvement

The Organization encourages open dialogue. Every collaborator is invited to report to Management any suggestions for improving the environmental or security management systems, as well as any operational anomalies identified while carrying out their duties.

10. Final Provisions and Sanctions

Compliance with this Code is an integral part of contractual obligations. Any violation of the rules contained herein shall result in the application of disciplinary sanctions or the termination of contractual relationships, in accordance with applicable laws.
